01How do I know which water-treatment solution fits my factory?+

Start with each process and utility use point. The required quality, capacity, feed-water analysis and operating conditions determine the practical treatment route.

02What information is required before selecting the treatment process?+

A current feed-water analysis, required capacity, target quality, operating hours, use points, site utilities and project location provide the strongest engineering basis.

03Can one factory require different water qualities at different use points?+

Yes. A plant can need different routes for process, rinsing, boiler, cleaning, cooling and reuse duties, so a water-use map should be reviewed before system selection.

04When is RO + EDI required instead of RO?+

RO + EDI is selected when the confirmed quality objective requires continuous ionic polishing beyond the RO stage; it is not an automatic upgrade for every project.

05When is ultrapure water required?+

Ultrapure water is used for contamination-sensitive processes when the production specification requires its relevant control levels at the actual point of use.

06Can the system be designed for future expansion?+

Yes. Future capacity, additional use points, modular trains, storage and distribution allowances can be reviewed during the initial configuration stage.
